Wonderful fumes from the kitchen ...

Few days since I wrote last time, so let's see what's going on now. I'm still visiting my girlfriend and I'll head home next Sunday. I'm still waiting for the few last books to arrive for my book haul blog, which I hope I can complete as soon as possible after getting home. My summer has been really calm if we don't recall the little row I had with the train ticket inspector... but let's not remember it.
I also continued my novel today and I have now written about 20K words, so about a quarter of the book is now "ready". I'll tell you more about it after I return to home.
But what are those lovely fumes coming from the kitchen? Well I decided to bake a peach-bread, and I'll share the recipe with you guys.
:)

3 eggs
2 cups white sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups diced canned peaches, drained
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Heat the oven to 350 Fº (175cº) and bake the bread for 1 hour.

Thanks Janie for the recepie!
